Welcome to ERMAC! By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.1. Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed once payment is processed or confirmed for cash-on-delivery.
- We may cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
- Accepted payment methods: Cash on Delivery, Credit/Debit Cards, and all Installment options available at checkout.
2. Shipping
- Orders are processed in 1–2 business days.
- Delivery times:
- Cairo: 2–3 business days
- Alexandria: 3–4 business days
- Rest of Egypt: 4–5 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
3. Returns & Refunds
- Return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery. You can also check items at the time of delivery while the delivery agent is still there.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- All sale products are non-refundable.
- Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours or they become non-refundable.
- Refunds depend on your payment provider’s processing time.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed within 3 days if items meet return conditions and stock is available.5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipping. Once shipped, they must follow the return process.6. Other Terms
